Refund policy

Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for items with quality issues.
  • Return Period: Please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Return Fee: A return fee of 25% of the original purchase price will be charged for returned items.

Return Process

  • Notification: Contact Customer Service (gallery@motto-art.com) within 7 days to initiate the return process. 
  • Shipping of Returned Products: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Products must be securely packaged and returned using a traceable shipping service.
  • Issuance of Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be issued deducting the 25% return fee and shipping costs. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred during returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Depending on the type of product, returns or exchanges may be declined. Please check the product page for specific exceptions.

  • Items for which reservations cannot be fulfilled

Refund Method

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

-If you used a credit card, please contact your card issuer for information regarding the timing and posting of refunds to your account. 

  • If you have specified an account for refund, we will refund to that account.

 ※ Refunds will only include the returned item's purchase price and the shipping fee paid by the customer upon return. Please note that any transfer fees or charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
