Q1. How long does a commission take?
制作にはどのくらいの時間がかかりますか？

Production time varies depending on size, materials, and concept.
Typically, it takes about 2~12 weeks from confirmation to completion.
We will inform you of the estimated timeline before production begins.

サイズや素材、コンセプトにより制作期間は異なりますが、
通常はご確認後 約2~12週間 ほどお時間をいただいております。
正式に制作を開始する前に、納期の目安をご案内いたします。

Q2. Do I need to pay upfront?
事前に支払いは必要ですか？

A:
A deposit is required before production begins.
The deposit is typically 60~70% of the total price.
The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.
Details will be shared at the quotation stage.

制作開始前にデポジット（前金）をお願いしております。
前金は通常、作品価格の60~70％程度 となります。
残金は完成・納品前にお支払いいただきます。
詳細はお見積り時にご案内いたします。

Q3. Can I choose the artist?
アーティストを選ぶことはできますか？

Yes. If you have a preferred artist, please let us know.
We will confirm their availability and discuss feasibility.

ご希望のアーティストがいらっしゃる場合はお知らせください。
スケジュールや制作可否を確認のうえ、ご案内いたします。

Q4. Can I request a specific size or color?
サイズや色味の指定は可能ですか？

A:
Yes. Commissions are created based on your preferences.
We will discuss size, color palette, and overall atmosphere together before production.

サイズや色味、全体の雰囲気などは事前に丁寧にお打ち合わせいたします。
ご希望に沿って制作いたしますので、お気軽にご相談ください。

Q5. Will I see the artwork during the process?
制作途中の確認はできますか？

A:
Yes. We provide progress updates during production.
Minor adjustments may be possible at certain stages.

制作途中の進捗は随時ご報告いたします。
制作段階によっては、軽微な調整が可能な場合もございます。

Q6. Is a commissioned work refundable?
委託制作作品の返品は可能ですか？

A:
As each commission is created specifically for you,
returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once production has started.

委託制作作品はお客様のために制作される特別な作品のため、
制作開始後のキャンセルや返品は原則としてお受けできません。

Q7. How is pricing determined?
価格はどのように決まりますか？

A:
Pricing depends on size, materials, complexity, and the artist.
We will provide a quotation after understanding your request.

価格はサイズ、素材、構成内容、アーティストにより異なります。
ご要望をお伺いしたうえでお見積りをご案内いたします。

Q8. Do commissioned works include a certificate?
証明書は付きますか？

A:
Yes. In principle, all commissioned works are original artworks and include a certificate of authenticity.Unless otherwise agreed, the artist retains the right to reproduce the image as prints or editions in the future.
If you prefer the work to remain exclusively yours, an exclusive commission option is available upon request.

委託制作作品はすべてオリジナル作品として制作され、原則として証明書をお付けしております。特別な取り決めがない限り、著作権はアーティストに帰属し、将来的に版画やエディションとして展開される場合がございます。
なお、作品を完全に一点ものとして保持したい場合は、エクスクルーシブ（完全一点もの）オプションもご相談いただけます。
